The Insurance Patient Account Representative serves as an extension of the client’s business office, handling inbound and outbound calls with patients and insurance companies to resolve account balances. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, working two days onsite at one of the Texas or California offices and three days remotely, and is responsible for managing a high volume of accounts and related communications.

Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient account balances
Review and update patient demographic and account information
Process UB‑04 and CMS 1500 claims
Handle appeals, denials, and insurance follow‑up
Achieve 40‑70 account resolutions per day
