Insurance Sales Representative

The role reports to the AVP, Insurance Sales Manager and is responsible for meeting individual sales targets and agency retention requirements while providing exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in‑person interactions. The position maintains existing policyholder coverage and promotes additional insurance products, leveraging agency management software and industry knowledge.
