Intake Access Coordinator

The Intake Access Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients, families, and referring providers, handling pre‑assessment intake activities such as gathering information, providing cost estimates, and scheduling assessments. Working under the Director of Intake, the role follows strict protocols for escalation, compliance, and documentation while ensuring compassionate, high‑volume client communication.
