Intake and Enrollment Manager

The Intake and Enrollment Manager oversees the Intake and Enrollment department at Rocky Mountain PACE, managing the participant intake process, home and center visits, and enrollment meetings. This role monitors and improves processes for applicants while ensuring currently enrolled participants maintain their ongoing Medicaid and Medicare eligibility. The position involves leading the enrollment team, ensuring compliance with CMS and state regulations, and driving participant engagement and retention strategies.
