Intake Case Worker

The Intake Case Worker is a key member of The Salvation Army’s ACT Central Intake Service team, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed intake, assessment, and short-term case coordination to individuals and families experiencing hardship or complex needs. The role operates within a triage framework, collaborating with local service providers to ensure culturally safe and effective responses. This position involves conducting holistic assessments, providing crisis support, and facilitating warm handovers to ensure continuity of care.
