Intake Coordinator - NCSH Residential

The Intake Coordinator I is responsible for conducting initial assessments and intake evaluations to determine medical necessity and complete program admission forms for the North County Serenity House residential facility. This role involves coordinating with the intake team to provide warm handoffs to treatment teams, ensuring new clients are stabilized and urgent needs are addressed. The position also includes providing individual and group counseling, psychoeducation, and case management services to support clients in their recovery from substance use disorders.
