Intake Coordinator

Lifelong Access is seeking an Intake Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for families and clients throughout the referral and intake process, manage the waitlist, and assist with scheduling therapy appointments. The role involves front‑desk duties, occasional reporting, and requires strong organizational, computer, and communication skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
