Intake Coordinator

As an Intake Coordinator, you will compassionately guide families through the steps to receive ABA Services, managing the new patient intake phone line and communicating with clients on admissions status and timelines. This entry-level role involves gathering insurance information, managing practice management and electronic medical records systems, and acting as a liaison between clinic locations, families, and insurance providers. The position is hybrid, requiring work at the King of Prussia, PA support center two days per week and remote work on other days.
