Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator coordinates all referrals, screens clinical information, and ensures appropriate orders and discharge information are received. This role involves collaborating with the Billing Department to obtain initial and ongoing insurance authorizations while maintaining communication regarding expiring authorizations. The position also plays an active role in the Tele-health Program, assisting with call triaging, patient scheduling, and monitoring telehealth readings.
