Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator leads outreach, referral screening, intake coordination, and assessment for Transitional Housing Programs at New Directions Family Service Center. This role supports program growth through culturally responsive, trauma-informed engagement and proactive community outreach while facilitating internal service alignment and housing coordination. The position may also provide direct clinical services, including assessments and treatment planning, to support client stability and well-being.
