Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for individuals entering Workforce Connections programs, coordinating participant eligibility, enrollment, documentation, scheduling, and program orientation. This role ensures timely, accurate, and consistent access to services while collaborating with participants, Career Planners, Operations staff, and community partners to create a positive first experience and support efficient program operations.
