Intake Manager

The Intake Manager serves as the welcoming first point of contact for the Fort Myers office, supporting Lee, Hendry, and Collier Counties by connecting volunteers and families to mentoring relationships. This role involves guiding individuals through the intake and enrollment process, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate data within the MatchForce system. The position requires a people-centered professional to handle inquiries, coordinate appointments, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all participants.
