About this role

The Intake Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and sanitary receiving and handling of raw milk used in cheese manufacturing. This includes operating intake systems, performing quality checks, maintaining records, and ensuring equipment and areas are cleaned and sanitized according to regulatory and company standards.
