Intake Paralegal

The Intake Paralegal will handle incoming calls and interact with potential new clients both over the phone and in person, providing courteous and efficient service while notifying paralegals and investigators as needed. The role includes various administrative duties and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
