Intake Paralegal

The Intake Paralegal will answer incoming calls and interact with potential new clients both over the phone and in person, providing excellent customer service and handling administrative duties. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, 1-3 years of law firm experience, and the ability to coordinate with paralegals, investigators, and adjusters.
