Responsibilities

• Book and coordinate patient appointments using computerized system
• Answer high volume phone calls and screen calls
• Prepare daily physician, OR, and on-call schedules
• Verify patient demographics and check for duplicate records
• Communicate with internal departments and handle email correspondence
