The Referral Coordinator at AdventHealth is the central point for intake of home health referrals from hospitals, physician offices, and other sources. The role supports patient access by verifying provider and payer eligibility and coordinating scheduling and admissions. This is a part-time, day-shift position based in Tavares, FL.
