Intake Specialist

The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, providers, and case managers, managing inbound inquiries, verifying insurance, coordinating scheduling, and guiding patients through onboarding to receive equipment and supplies. This role requires strong communication, organization, and empathy while handling high‑volume patient interactions across phone, SMS, and email.
