Intake Specialist

This role supports the RAP Program at Phoenix Rescue Mission by conducting phone screens and intake appointments to determine client eligibility and coordinate care. The position involves gathering documentation, scheduling follow-up services, and connecting clients with community resources while maintaining accurate database records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to de-escalate crisis situations in a Christian ministry setting.
