Intake Vetting Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced California Employment Attorney to join a growing plaintiff-side employment practice as an Intake Vetting Attorney, with potential to step into a Team Lead capacity. This role focuses on evaluating prospective matters and determining which cases the firm should pursue, utilizing litigation experience in a strategic, high-impact capacity without a traditional caseload. The position involves analyzing cases, spotting claims, and exercising legal judgment to assess strengths, risks, and viability of potential employment law matters.
