Intake

The Intake team member serves as the first point of contact for dispensary patients and customers, providing a warm welcome in person and over the phone while handling front‑desk duties such as checking in, validating IDs, and maintaining a clean lobby. The role also supports visitor access, liaises with other departments on security needs, and ensures the store environment remains safe and guest‑ready.
