The Integrated Business Planning Manager connects Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams into a single integrated planning process. This role owns the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, planning analytics, and scenario modeling to ensure executive decision-making is driven by data. The position serves as the central link between forecasted demand, manufacturing capacity, inventory strategy, and customer service objectives while driving the evolution toward a mature Integrated Business Planning process.
