About this role

The Integrated Business Plans Director leads the PM product line's business system and process improvements, focusing on the facilitation and enhancement of the S&OP process and system across all functional areas and regions. This role ensures the generation and communication of product mix forecasts, oversees the execution of the Integrated Business Process (IBP) and Master Data Management (MDM), and provides leadership to the IBP-MDM team. The position requires strong collaboration with IT and business users to leverage software solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead and enhance the S&OP process and IBP system for all functional areas
Oversee Master Data Management execution and ensure timely material master creation
Provide leadership and guidance to IBP-MDM team members worldwide
