About this role
The Integrated Care Assistant (ICA) at the Animal Recovery Center supports the recovery and rehabilitation of animals admitted through NYPD and ASPCA Humane Law Enforcement and Community Engagement programs. This role works within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, helping prepare animals for adoption or return to their owners when appropriate. The ICA contributes to medical and behavioral recovery efforts and helps maintain facility operations to support animal wellbeing.
