About this role
Integrated Case Manager - Registered Nurse at Sentara Health Plans provides case management for the LTSS Waiver population serving Harrisonburg, Luray, Stanley, VA and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours) with standard hours 8am–5pm M–F and requires the candidate to reside locally.
