About this role

Lyten is seeking an experienced Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager to architect and deploy a unified Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety framework from scratch. This role involves mapping end-to-end business processes, driving ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certification, and embedding a process-first mindset across the manufacturing organization. The manager will work directly with executive leadership to ensure the IMS is scalable, audit-ready, and supports the company's rapid growth in energy storage and advanced materials.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy an Integrated Management System from scratch
Lead the company through external ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certification
Map end-to-end business processes and identify compliance gaps
Establish document control frameworks and management of change processes
Drive continuous improvement culture and manage enterprise risk registers

Skills

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or Industrial ManagementCertified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001Active internal auditor experience
