About this role

Parsons is seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to join a fast-moving program team supporting a classified space portfolio. The role involves building, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules to ensure schedule integrity and resource alignment across multiple projects. Success in this position requires a detail-oriented critical thinker capable of independently pulling data and making recommendations to support program management decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain fully networked Integrated Master Schedules using Microsoft Project
Perform critical path analysis, resource loading, and schedule performance tracking
Ensure schedule integration across IPTs, suppliers, WBS elements, and subcontractors
Prepare and deliver schedule reports, metrics, forecasts, and risk assessments
Maintain configuration control of the baseline schedule and document changes

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Project ManagementTop Secret SCI Security Clearance5+ years in program scheduling within a program office or large system development environment
