About this role

The Lead Workday Learning Specialist acts as the operational engine for Signify's Talent & Learning function, managing the Workday Learning platform and learning partners while championing a data-driven culture. The role involves owning learning analytics frameworks, improving case fulfilment SLAs, and collaborating with HR technology teams to drive platform adoption and learner experience. This position requires leading a team of specialists to deliver scalable learning solutions and reporting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders across the global organization.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end learning analytics framework and define relevant KPIs
Manage and configure the Workday Learning platform and content architecture
Lead a team of Talent and Learning specialists to meet operational targets
Design dashboards and reports to translate learning data into actionable insights
Improve case fulfilment SLAs and standardize operating procedures across geographies

Qualifications
