About this role
The IWG Portfolio Manager is an embedded member of the Portfolio Management Office who connects portfolio strategy with Integrated Work Group execution to ensure initiatives align with company goals. The role manages initiative intake and prioritization, supports initiative leads, and collaborates with a Prioritization Team to enable enterprise-wide transparency and effective resource allocation. The position also serves as a liaison to leadership sponsors and contributes to continuous improvement of PMO processes.
