The Integration Engineer I will support design and implementation of technical solutions for clients on impact.com’s SaaS platform, working closely with Onboarding, Client Success, and other internal teams. The role involves guiding client business and technical stakeholders through integrations, ensuring efficient go-lives, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the platform and industry trends. This is a client-facing position focused on enabling successful onboarding and resolving technical issues during implementation.
