About this role

MACOM is seeking a motivated Engineering Intern to join the Diodes Integration Engineering team for a 12-week hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration, device characterization, and manufacturing engineering. The intern will work on a defined engineering project, analyze manufacturing and yield data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world challenges. This role provides exposure to the full semiconductor fabrication flow and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

Analyze manufacturing and yield data to identify process improvement opportunities
Support semiconductor wafer fabrication flow and process integration activities
Develop and execute Design of Experiments to evaluate process variations
