This role leads multiple projects and assignments to facilitate and improve clinical or business information system technical solutions and tools. The position involves critical incident management, knowledge sharing, and workflow optimization while acting as a primary advisor and mentor to team members. The incumbent drives projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight and provides expert guidance during high-impact situations.
