Integration Lead

This role leads the delivery of key integration workstreams from the acquisition of RBL into Emirates NBD, ensuring alignment with the overall integration strategy and synergy objectives. The position is responsible for translating strategic goals into executable plans across business, operations, technology, and support functions while driving stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation. It serves as a key advisor to the Head of Integration, supporting executive decision-making to maximize operational efficiencies and merger value realization.
