Integration Manager

The Integration Manager leads the end-to-end management of integration workstreams from the merger of RBL into Emirates NBD, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of strategic objectives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and driving the execution of transformation initiatives to support synergy realization and business continuity. The position focuses on defining the Target Operating Model, consolidating operations, and harmonizing processes across the merged banking organization.
