Senior Operational Owner for Plaid's integrations and migrations, coordinating across engineering, product, and partner teams to drive execution from planning through launch.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operational governance for new bank integrations, integration upgrades, and PD3 migrations
Build and maintain master timelines, institution status trackers, risk/decision logs, and launch readiness checklists
Drive structured risk, issue, and escalation management across integrations and migrations
Provide regular, high-signal status updates to leadership
Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and handoffs across Access, PD3/ProFound, DPR, and Data Access

Skills

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in program management, technical operations, or a similar cross-functional operations roleProven track record running complex, multi-stakeholder programs with tight timelinesStrong organizational skills and experience building program artifacts (timelines, trackers, risk logs)Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical details into clear narratives for different audiencesComfort with ambiguity and high-pressure environments
