About this role

Keystone Human Services is seeking a casual/per diem Supported Employment Coordinator to lead and coordinate employment services for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. The role involves developing tailored employment support, fostering partnerships between job seekers and employers, and providing on-the-job training and advocacy to ensure successful job placement and retention.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with individuals to complete the Discovery Process and identify vocational themes
Engage in person-centered job development using networks and informational interviews
Target individualized job goals and negotiate employment opportunities with potential employers
Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and advocacy to ensure successful job placement
Educate employers on the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities
