Intellectual Property (IP) Counsel

The Intellectual Property (IP) Counsel provides high-quality IP services to the entire Werfen organization, reporting directly to the Chief IP Counsel. The role involves strategically establishing patent portfolios, performing freedom-to-operate studies, and managing outside counsel to ensure high-quality prosecution work. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and the Chief IP Counsel on a daily basis to support internal clients and manage IP-related agreements.
