Direct Counsel is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney to join a leading global law firm with a nationally recognized intellectual property and technology litigation practice. The role involves managing high-profile litigation matters involving artificial intelligence, copyright, trademark, trade secrets, and false advertising for leading global brands and innovative technology companies. The associate will develop litigation strategies, counsel clients on legal risks, and handle matters across federal and state courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and the International Trade Commission.
