Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney to join a prestigious global law firm in its New York, New York office. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of patent litigation experience and be admitted to a state bar, with New York admission preferred. Candidates from all technical disciplines will be considered, though a technical degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmaceutics, or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates with significant experience handling substantive patent issues and the ability to learn complex pharmaceutical and biologic subject matter will also be considered.
