The Intellectual Property Paralegal supports a busy IP practice by handling patent docketing, electronic filing, portfolio management, and registration/maintenance of patent applications. The role involves coordinating international filings, conducting patent and trademark research, and assisting with IP‑related litigation and oppositions. It also includes mentoring junior staff, interacting with clients, and meeting a 1,500‑hour annual billable target.
