Intensive Case Manager

This full-time position is based in Augusta or Rockland, Maine, with travel required up to three days per week to the Maine State Prison in Warren. The role involves providing intensive case management services to high-risk mental health clients within the Intensive Mental Health Unit. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external professionals to advocate for and assist clients in accessing necessary medical, psychiatric, and behavioral health support services.
