Intensive In-Home Coordinator

The Intensive In-Home Coordinator assists in the day-to-day coordination of the Intensive In-Home program, providing behavioral and emotional services to children and their families within a community-based model. This role involves conducting skill-building activities, offering parenting education, and providing crisis intervention and on-call coverage as part of a collaborative team. The coordinator develops and follows individual Person Centered Plans while facilitating step-down to less restrictive services and increased reliance on natural supports.
