Interconnection Engineering Lead

This role is an interconnection engineering position within Intersect’s Engineering team, focused on generation and large load projects, primarily in ERCOT. The position owns interconnection strategy and execution across the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are technically robust and aligned with the company’s development and investment plans. It sits at the nexus of system planning, regulatory context, and cross-functional coordination. The role is central to de-risking projects and supporting the delivery of financeable, constructible clean energy assets from early development through commercial operation.
