Interconnection Manager

AES Clean Energy seeks an experienced Manager to lead the WECC Interconnection team, overseeing the full lifecycle of interconnection activities for renewable energy projects across the United States. This role involves managing engineers and analysts, coordinating with internal partners and external stakeholders, and driving strategic analysis for greenfield siting and transmission integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing project timelines, negotiating interconnection agreements, and ensuring the successful execution of development and execution strategies.
