Interim Commercial Counsel (Contract)

First Stop Health is seeking an experienced Interim Commercial Counsel to provide temporary legal support for high-volume client contracting in a fast-paced, growing telemedicine organization. This individual will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, with a primary focus on employer/client contracts, purchase orders, business associate agreements (BAAs), data processing agreements (DPAs), and related privacy and security provisions. The ideal candidate brings substantial in-house commercial contracting experience, strong negotiation skills, and a practical, business-minded approach to managing legal risk.
