Interim Director, Pomona Plan

Pomona College is seeking an experienced planned giving professional to serve as the Interim Director of the Pomona Plan, its flagship charitable life-income program. This role involves providing strategic and technical guidance to steward sophisticated donor relationships, strengthen the planned giving pipeline, and support the College's comprehensive campaign. The position offers a hybrid schedule and is planned as a six-month interim role with the potential to convert to a permanent full-time position.
