Interim Executive Director

Covenant Health and Community Services is seeking an experienced executive to lead the foundation through a period of transition and help strengthen Northwest Florida communities. This temporary, on-site role involves guiding day-to-day operations, implementing Board-approved priorities, and establishing core governance practices and grantmaking processes. The position offers the opportunity to apply for the permanent Executive Director role upon completion of the interim assignment.
