Interim Housing Case Manager

The Interim Housing Case Manager manages a caseload of up to 25 participants at the Sanctuary Shelter, conducting assessments and developing Individual Service Plans focused on housing stability. This fully onsite role requires weekly client meetings, collaboration with program leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, and providing comprehensive linkage services for various participant needs. The position supports individuals experiencing homelessness and other challenging life circumstances while maintaining accurate records and adhering to organizational safety and mission standards.
