The Interim Manager of Board & Executive Affairs provides direct executive support to the College's Chief of Staff and operational support to the Chancellor and Board of Trustees. This role ensures effective communication, compliance with state governance requirements, and coordination of high-level administrative functions across the institution. As a central liaison, the manager handles confidential matters with discretion while advancing institutional goals through project management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Serve as administrative liaison between Chancellor's Office and Board of Trustees
Develop and distribute Board agendas in compliance with state regulations
Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to Chief of Staff
Manage the Board's operating budget and coordinate travel logistics
Draft, edit, and maintain official correspondence and institutional reports
