Intermediate Associate

The Intermediate Associate executes day-to-day processes to support the connection between child sponsors and participants, ensuring quality communications and adherence to Compassion's systems and standards. This role involves processing child sponsorship resources, coordinating communication materials from church partners, and maintaining accurate participant and supporter data. The position may also include coaching other associates and providing technical advice on sponsor donor support systems.
